Course of Action: During the first few meetings, I will focus on learning about you, your history, what specific issue brought you to counseling and develop with you a plan to meet your goals. You will also get to know me so that we can build a trusting relationship which is the cornerstone to successful therapy.

You will have full confidentiality and safety in my office. You will know and approve the number of sessions we have so that you can financially plan. Our plan and your goals may change, at your request, at any time.

I do take some insurances, but it changes from time to time, so please call to find currently accepted insurances. Self pay is $125 per 50 minute session unless otherwise discussed with the therapist. Sliding scale is possible based on annual income. I take cash, checks and credit cards.
