Credentials

2013-Present
In private practice as a mental health therapist working with people of all ages on a variety of mental health issues. I have experience with small children working with their parents. I‘ve worked with adolescents, teens and adults with symptoms of anxiety, depression, PTSD, and personality disorders. I also see couples and families to reduce conflict and improve their relationships. I especially like and use the work of Sue Johnson who developed Emotionally Focused Therapy to normalize the feelings, thoughts and behaviors of family members. We work to reduce their negative interaction cycle and replace it with a healthier one.
